The EC-3SALAD-LE from Prodis is a 3 door compact saladette table, 4 x 1/1 gn topping well that brings reliable, professional-grade performance to pizzerias, sandwich bars and busy prep kitchens. It measures 1365 x 700 x 882 mm (W x D x H), offers 410 litres of capacity and holds +2 to +8 °C.

Technische kenmerken

Installatie en onderhoud

Install the unit on a level floor with enough clearance for air to circulate around the condenser, and allow it to reach temperature before loading. Keeping the condenser free of dust and the door seals clean will protect efficiency and extend the life of the cabinet.
